Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer fast shipping on all orders. Once your order is placed, our team works quickly to process and prepare it for shipment.
- Processing Time: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Times: Shipping times begin once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with carrier services.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our facility. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within a specified period.
- Return/Exchange Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, the item you are requesting must be in stock. If you need a different size, we will process the exchange once the original item is received. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item in cases of an exchange for a different size, subject to policy conditions.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount are final and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect within 7 days of delivery to facilitate a swift resolution.
